At Camp Chen-A-Wanda, we emphasize skill development, participation, teamwork and having a great time. Athletics will be a part of your daily schedule and if you want more exposure and time on the courts and fields, you can choose it for your electives. If you want more a competitive experience, you can sign up for our Wayne County tournaments and this will give you more opportunities to play competitively against other camps.

Fitness

We are so proud to introduce our new state of the art Fitness Center in the summer of 2016. Physical fitness is important to the health and well-being of each one of us. Being at camp all summer long, our campers stay fit with tons of sports and activities that require us to move, jump and run. The mere layout of our camp provides tons of walking but if our campers desire more of a traditional workout, we’ve got them covered. Our air-conditioned facility is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles including a new spin room that will bring your workout to a whole new level.
